At first, I don't recommend installing 1060 with ivy bridge i3, it is going to be huge bottleneck. And good 500w psu will be more than enough for this. But still, I won't recommend installing 1060 with any i3, especially that old.

it also hugely depends on the game and resolution/graphic settings you're going to play at. But at 1080p you'll still get some bottleneck in cpu demanding games like battlefield 1 or watch dogs 2 (which will likely drop to very low framerates)

Looks good.

The board takes OC RAM and the PSU is great with a good amount of wattage.

Two out of... thousands of games...

It'll depend on the program, but if you'd like we could have OP play Gorky 17 so that no bottlenecks will occur. xD

Spoiler

Gorky 17 is an old game from the Windows 98 days that would run on an Easy Bake Oven.

gta 5 isn't that technically advanced, but I don't think you're going to be able to play bf1 on this comfortably, in multiplayer you'll get drops to 40 fps and maybe even lower

yes, cpu gives data to gpu to render, and also is responsible for geometry, physics and scripts. And it have only two physical cores so it's not very powerful. In that kind of games even quad-core amd fx can be faster

You mentioned GTA V and a Core i3. As someone who owned an i3 4360 and played GTA V for awhile, I would personally not recommend it, but you can get by, I suppose.

The PSU barely has 80 PLUS efficiency so I'll pass on assuming that it's a decent quality unit. Can you find a Corsair CX450M or Seasonic S12 430W?

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.
