How much Folding I have to do to earn the badge?

 

If I decide to do it, can someone link me the basic instructions, helping research and what not, sounds productive.

I enjoy communicating with other people, I entered this forum to have experiences shared after all. I certainly wrote down my OP in a hurry because I had to pick up my phone (I'm at work right now) when I was writing it but I wanted to get into this whole folding by having other people speaking about their feeling towards this and what not, but since rudeness is all there is to it, lovely caps lock and a copy/paste is what someone gets for showing interest then "k" nevermind about it.

About the first F@H badge, it takes 1 million points to get the bronze.  Since by the looks in your rig, you have a Titan X.  Getting such a badge will be fairly quick for you.

Just for the record, the first badge is the

contributor/member badge, which you

get at 21 work units. A milestone you are

likely to hit before 1 million points.

My GPU sure is, MSi Afterburner saying its on 99% usage constantly now, so it probably is folding but I would like to know if its counting the points for the badge

Yes once you finish a WU the points will be attributed to your account

As long as you are on the LTT Team, points will show up there

Well I put the team id number and all so hopefully everything goes nice ^^

With your Titan X, you should get the badge around about 24 hours of folding (is yours a Pascal Titan X?)

 

If not a Pascal Titan X, then you hit first badge probably past 26 hours of folding or so.

To give you an idea, one of my 980Tis average around 600,000 points or more a day on points.  These points vary by work units (WUs).

 

Also note, your first ten WUs will not have bonus points.  Once you hit the first ten WUs, your point output will jump since quick return bonus will start counting.

It's the Maxwell one, so in about 2~3 days since I turn it off when I put it to sleep when I get on bed I should complete enough to get a badge already aww.... that's actually really exciting, I have like no time what so ever to game so this way the PC is still being used for something
