i run my system in a relatively cold climate ( currently 14c on a sunny day ) and I turned off all my case fans, my temps are still fine, so since you have fans you should be able to get reasonable temperatures as long as it's not 35c+ inside your home which I doubt since that's really uncomfortable :)

I ran a Q6600 and an open-air 7950 in a case with a single 92mm rear fan and a very restricted 120mm front fan and that was fine. So if your cases are even remotely as shit as the one I used, you'll be fine.

If the CPU or GPU starts reaching 90C (it might be lower for AMD CPUs), then start worrying. If it's anything below that, it's fine.

AMD CPU's draw the line at 62C.

even 1 fan at the back and 1 at the front already give u a good airflow adding 2 more 1 on the front and 1 top will make it even better but it wont show u mindblowing cooling performance.

pascal cards throttle themselves back to make protect themselves at 83-87c so you won't be damaging your video card, and for your cpu, it doesn't auto throttle until about 100c (have tried this myself lol) but you should also keep it under 80c

but most if not all modern electronics protect themselves from permanent damage by slowing down and finally shutting down if things really go wrong.
