If I am just heating the heat shrink to secure it then cutting it off with an exactoknife or wire cutters, K will only need some lighters not heatgubs?

I would use some flush cutter. I know Mod-One sells a pair (They gave me a free pair with my second order). I got my original pair from MainFrameCustoms.

Just lighters (Buy a bunch or buy the refillable kind) I would buy ones meant for the outside (with the extended staff). Don't buy the wind resistance ones.

Ok, I may also be able to extend my budget as my dad may have some of these tools. Just to confirm, this will be excess of what I will need for 30cm extensons of my mobo, eps and gpu power? Or should I get more of something?

Heatshrink needs to be changed since you have Sata, that will be to big for small sleeving. Unless you plan to make your own Sata cables.

It doesn't list the AWG for the wire, just make sure it's 16 or 18. I personally prefer 16.

Also you may want to grab 6+2 & 4+4 Connectors (Both Female).

Everything else is good.

They do not seem to have any other heatshrink, and the wiring is neither 16 nor 18, and as they do not have 16 I think I have to get 18.

Sata Heatshrink will not work. It's to big for type of sleeving your doing.

Also you can buy MDCP-X Sleeving direct from them. Then just buy wire from some other store.

@W-L Would these be any good? I am purchasing from two different sites, which means shipping is a total of £16. It is over budget, but I have to accept that I think. I will also have to buy tools, so I may simply have to wait until my birthday in July to get the supplies.

Total for supplies comes out to 44, with shipping at 9, making 53. Alternatively, I could spend 15 more at Pexon and get free shipping, taking the total up to 59 with 2 shipping, a 61 total. I could buy a pin remover or something, and may be able to get the rest of the tools elsewhere. Whatcha think @W-L and @Revan654?

It's a good idea to have pin removal just incase you need to remove a wire.

So grab a pin remover and get wire cutters, strippers, crimping tool and lighters from somewhere else?

Ok, so I have a pin remover and cable combs, taking my total to £68. I have no budget for tools, but I can wait until I have a bit more for that. Everything look good?

You will need a lighter and no heat gun then.
