Is there a laptop with this specs under 1800 Euro?

Hi,

I have a kind of a bet with a friend. I´m pretty sure I found one or more laptops with this specs on a webpage delivering to Germany for under 1800 Euro (not sure if it was 1799 or 1699):

Graphic card: GTX 1070

Ram 16 GB  to 2100 mhz with possibility to install more (don´t remember if 32 or even 64 was possible).

SSD 128 GB + 1 TB HD

17,3 inch screen

with windows 10 (Home I guess).
I already forgot any info regarding battery or ports.

My friend says there is no such on the market.

I´ve been searching but all I find misses one or more of the specs I wrote here.

Have you seen one with all the specs here? Help me win the "bet" pls :D.

You can probably find some shitty Clevo/Sager for that price.

I was right-http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np8153s-clevo-p650rs.html

Wtf are you saying? AW15s have plenty of issues themselves. And secondly that link is for US. EU prices are different from US prices. It's also the wrong screen size. Linking XoticPC is not representative of what you would get in EU.

Maybe. It'll be really really really close.

If you catch PCSpecialist at a deal, it could hit that price point. EU prices are jacked.

It's not. It's got one of the best temps in the business and aluminum exterior backed by ABS hard plastic. Only issues on these units is the 1080p backlight bleed.

Clevos are not shitty mind you. Just because you don't appreciate another product's worth does not mean it is shitty.

Shitty as in bad quality.

AW15's have issues, but at least they don't look and feel like plastic dogterds.

I'm not saying they run hot; they just aren't quality in my opinion.

Dude are you a Clevo fanboy?

Because if you are I feel pretty sorry for you.  I'd be embarrassed to pull a Clevo out in class.  They are like the Avia's of the shoe market.

Dude, the original Alienware BRAND used Clevo-based laptops back in the day. How's that for irony? Something great turned into something crap when Dell took over. I have owned THREE Alienware PCs to this day, all from Dell, and they were garbage. Software so janky that if you installed the wrong driver, it would brick your RGB lighting array. xD For a guy who's never owned a Clevo in his life, you sure seem to be quite the hypocrite calling other people fanboys while claiming the AW15 can do everything in the world without any flaws.

At least the Clevo doesn't scream "STEAL ME PLEASE" in the middle of your classroom. Wow-factor is what teenagers look for. Functionality is what adults look for. ;) And if Clevo is so shitty, explain why they're more popular than Alienware?

Only among knowledgable enthusiasts. Razer is the most popular. Sorry Alienware.

In Europe it's even hard to get Razer laptops and they cost way more tan Clevos. Even Alienwares tend to be cheaper.

The advantage of Clevos is that you can customize them when buying and there is many to choose from. The disadvantage may be that they aren't very "strong" with looks.

Sadly that one is missing SSD. and the price is in USD.

If it's Clevo then it should have a "customize" button where you can pick ram, drives, and other options, even barebone for you to fill in. For this one you can change that 2,5" drive and even populate 2x M.2 slots if needed.

I understand the original Alienware brand used Clevo.  Don't you think there is a reason they stopped using them?

When did I ever say it could do anything in the world without any flaws? Every product has flaws, as perfection is impossible.

If they were so trash, then why did you get three?

I'm not even a teenager .-. I just like premium electronics.

Clevo is like the Avia of the computer market.  Generic, yet functionable, cuz that's why people buy Avias right?

Clevo's are budget machines.  If I didn't have a nice size amount of cash to spend, I would have probably gotten a Clevo only because of the price.

If your hypothesis is correct, then why doesn't every adult wear the most generic ass shoes on the market? Because they look and feel like crap.

I doubt Clevo's have more sales than Alienware.  Maybe over in China, where the damn things are made, but customers trust Dell. And for good reason.

No? Clevo is the enthusiast brand. All the enthusiasts that stuck with Alienware in beginning have moved back to Clevo. Alienware is a mainstream machine now, has none of the features that enthusiast machines need.

2 hours ago, lilbman said:

Nope. Do your research. Clevo has a revenue of around 19 billion dollars or so. Dell has 50 billion. Because it's not public we can take a look at it's comparables. Premium gaming machines have never accounted for more than 20% of a companies revenue, with companies such as HP and Lenovo having the majority of their revenue come from their enterprise sectors. Clevo also ONLY makes laptops whereas the Alienware brand is diversified across desktops, all in one, and laptops. Assuming optimistic projections of accounting for the full 20% revenue that's still only 10 billion dollars or so.

That's your prerogative. LOL. At least Clevo's aren't broken out of the box, all the software issues can be easily fixed with a Prema bios.

2 hours ago, lilbman said:

They look professional. A black obelisk with aluminum exterior backed by hard plastic. You don't see people using Alienwares in a professional environment. Whereas you literally see Clevos for professional high work demand like streaming and stuff. You literally see a Clevo in the newest Linus IEM video used by the professionals behind the scenes.

It's the same reason why you don't wear Yeezy's to work. Sure it's fashionable. But dress shoes are the way to go.

2 hours ago, lilbman said:

Holy shit you literally have no world view do you. Alienware's are manufactured in China too. Dell doesn't even make them. A company called Compal does. A fucking Chinese ODM just like Clevo. LOL. Alienware only owns the design.
