Haven't heard of that before, sounds sketchy, I wouldnt touch it. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

Aerocool power supplies are best avoided imo. Have a look for a Corsair CXM (Grey label).

Actually it is on @STRMfrmXMN's whitelist :P

The K-CAS isn't great but it's fine. It's one of the fine Aerocool that are Andyson made.

Edit: It's not on the whitelist after all but you could do a lot worse than an Andyson.

Some Andyson units are fine, some are trash. Given that this is on the low end, it's quite likely to be trash, or close to it.

You don't want a 12cm extremely silent fan that comes with a highly reliable fan? Make no mention of the bearing type - irrelevant. It's just reliable ;)

The fan's fan is very reliable :P

 

Well even if Aerocool switched the fan to a better one, I bet they didn't do away with the 85C caps. So that means you get either a PSU that's really loud because of its fan working hard to keep them cool, or one that dies quickly.
