Should I get Halo 5 for Xbox One or Black Ops 3 for PC? I can't afford both and the same time.

I prefer the Halo games, I hate Black Ops so much...

Depends on which one you like most.

 

But I'd go for Halo.

Halo 5.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Halo 5.... all the cod stuff is crap now, horrible server issues still, same crap as all the other black ops.

halo, every year there's a cod, not every year there's a halo game.

Halo 5 every time...i mean its exclusive for xbox one and it has a new progressive resolution technology which garauntees that u have a smooth gameplay. And u have sexy guns in Halo..

Between the options you presented, I would suggest Halo 5. If you want to get Black Ops 3, I would suggest that you get it for Xbox One also because the player population on the recent PC COD games tends to drop off very quickly a few months after release. By getting on Xbox One, it will more than likely hold its player population at least until the next COD game comes around.
