Try 4walled, its where I usually pick up my wallpapers if I need one. Please note that not everything is SFW so use the filters if you need to.

wallhaven maybe, if you are willing to put up with its unfinished crap lol. It should get better once it reaches beta, but now it seems like there is too many missing functions and the organization of wallpapers is all over the place lol. I have found some good wallpapers from wallhaven though, so that is pretty much the only reason why I am recommending it.

Been around for years and does have a lot of free wallpapers to use if you would like, and he does change them every so often. Haven't really looked at his recent stuff, but they should be decent.
