What do you mean? You have an ATI Radeon GPU laying around?

You need a dedicated GPU for this build as the FX series doesn't have integrated, as @huilun02 and @MeepLikesToBuildPc's said.

I don't think the FX 4300 has integrated graphics.

Make sure the monitor is connected to your graphics card, and the input set to the corresponding cable type.

Your graphics card might require PCIE power connectors to run.

What's your build's specs?

Correct however his motherboard is 760G. Which has onboard graphics. As before the Intel i3 line and the AMD APU line Integrated graphics didn't actually exist, but you didn't use a dedicated card- it was onboard.

These chipsets were typically nForce 630a, 760G, 880G on AMD and G31 and G41 on Intel.

Back in the day integrated graphics were on the northbridge (chipset), not on the CPU.

I assume you're plugging the VGA into the onboard port, and have no graphics card installed?

It may indicate a issue with your system, whether something is faulty or just not plugged in correctly can be determined.

I'd start with re-seating your RAM, and if that doesn't work remove your CPU and inspect for damage/bent pins.
