Get some Rosewill Hyperborea, they are pretty quiet, have quite decent static pressure and look ok. They are rebranded Akasa Apaches, the same but cheaper :)

those are good too just cheaper and not as fancy

Keep in mind that Corsair fans have a slightly funny shape, so they will not cover the rad entirely leaking air. Not that it is going to impact performance too much.

 

Noiseblockers and Noctuas are good

Yeah, they are great. Same Noctua fans, gray color. Get the square frame ones!

As long as you like your sense of hearing more than your sense of sight feel free to buy a case full of noctuas.

Depends on the rad. The redux fans consist of the S and P series which are either optimized for airflow or a balance of airflow and pressure which can be beneficial to low density rads instead of just static pressure optimized fans like F12's which really shine with higher density rads.
