Which RTX2070 Super is the best?

Hi,

 

I want to buy an RTX2070 Super for my sister, and I want to know which company produce the best RTX 2070 Super.

 

So, here's the criteria:

- My sister wants a card which is quiet.

- Her case is CoolerMaster E500L, which can support GPU length up to 399mm

- She doesn't know how to overclock, so preferably to have one button auto overclocking

- She has a 4k 65 inch TV which use HDMI (forgotten the version, got it brand new mid last year), but will game at 1080p.

- No need RGB, as she prefer her system to be dark

 

So, I'm looking for a card which has good cooling and quiet.

So, which is the best one, or did I missed out the best one? My budget would be around US$ 500. Since I live in Malaysia, Import duty with shipping fee really take a toll, so I usually prefer to get from the store. Many store doesn't list all their inventory, so may need to physically check the price out.

FTW3 Ultra for the ** cards, and probably the Windforce for the * cards.

If she doesn't need an upgrade now though, Ampere and RDNA2 GPUs should be coming out in a couple of months.
