Consumes around 350-400w under max load, would suggest getting something like a RM550x.

does anyone know a good 650 watt power supply for about 80-90 dollars

Cooler master mwe gold, Corsair rm, Corsair rmx should all be around that price (I think). If not, check out the psu tier list in my signature. Anything tier b+ should be great.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

If you actually need anywhere near 650W, you should have a budget that's much higher than $90. What are you powering?

You most likely won't need anything over 550, unless your running a 10900k and 2080ti then you might need that amount of wattage.
