No - the included Wraith Prism is fine - it'll be good for stock. If you want to overclock, an air cooler is more than enough. AMD runs cool and quiet. If it were Intel, I'd say the water cooler is not a bad call since Intel run hot these days.

Also don't get the SS Core models - they're not great. Corsair TXM/RMx or a Be Quiet Straight Power Gold. The BitFenix Formula is also good.
