Do i need to use RAM with heat-sinks for using after effects?

I am buying a pc for Editing and to work on after effects. Since most of the software depends more or less on memories, do is using ram's with heatsinks necessary ?

No. Heatsinks on ram are mostly marketing/aesthetics.

Normally RAM doesn't require a heatsink. It's just that manufactures thinks it looks cool and makes it a selling point for the product. This is for example with sever RAM there is almost never a heatsink on.

typically ram sticks have heatsinks when they're going to be running at higher frequencies and using higher voltages to do that. As long as your buying ram made by a reputable company it should come with a heatsink if it's going to need it. If your ram does end up running warm you could add an extra fan in the case to direct airflow over the modules, that should be enough

Having heatsinks if not a necessity, but depending on the platform you might want memory that runs at a higher frequency. Usually those sets do have heatsinks.

The RAM having heatsinks or not is not the deciding factor.

Most of the time ram comes with heatsink not because it needs it, only because it looks better.

this is quite true, and not all of those "heatsinks" are actually doing much in the way of distributing heat either. My ram is one of the only parts I don't bother liquid cooling because as long as airflow is adequate and you're not doing something over the top it doesn't matter.

Stress tested DDR4 @ 1,4v and RAM sticks were barely warm. Under 40C.

So, there is not much heat needed to be spread.
