What thermal paste do you recommend?

Right now I'm using MX-4, but from the videos I've seen, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is the best one. Which one do you advise I get?

Negligible difference. Just stick with the cheap stuff.

This, unless whatever cooler I'm using comes with its own. Arctic Silver seems to have a really long service life, even on hotter-running processors I get years of use and don't have to re-apply it.

I've literally used mx4 and thermal grizzly on the same 9900k in the past month and temps were as kelvinhall said, negligible.  The edge went to thermal grizzly by like 2 degrees.  But you get less paste and pay more for the thermal grizzly

I use mx4. For the price it works great. I dont feel the need to spend twice as much for a couple degrees cooler.

Personally, I've been using Arctic MX-2 for years and I think it's good enough for the price. At this point I think that more expensive thermal paste doesn't improve temps by that much, especially considering the price difference.

 Well, I guess I'll stick with MX-4 then since there is very little difference from the others. I'm just wondering when there will be an MX-5. The other question is how it compares to NT-H2. Is there a negligible difference there as well? Its claimed that NT-H2 is better than MX-4. How true is this?

Arctic mx-2 is fine for me.

I did a remount recently and used some ecotherm paste. It literally is no different in terms of thermals as anything else.
