you can talk to a REAL person and if you are persistent enough they will tell the developers themselves, we need as many people as possible to complain directly at microsoft to make a real difference and fix the problems with 10.

No they don't.

 

They're saying that so you can go away.

 

I've opened tickets with Microsoft directly, and even for actual bugs that affect companies with hundreds of users, they're not going to "talk to the developers", that's not how it works, like not even close.

 

All you're doing is encouraging people to harass customer service representatives ...
