will ryzen 3600 be able to give me an output to the monitor without any gpu or do i install a gpu for use the computer

You need a separate dedicated GPU to get a video output out of your system, if you are using a Ryzen 5 3600.

You need a graphics card because the CPU doesnt come with a GPU. CPUs can't handle video output for 20 years I think?

I'm talking about pure CPUs, like the R5 3600. Intel Xeons dont have iGPUs either.
