Can I play games with radeon rx 5700 and i3 8100 without too much bottlenecking?

Hello I am looking to buy a rx 5700, but was wondering if my I3 8100 can handle it. and if not then any CPU recommendations would be nice.

my current specs:

i3 8100 3.60ghz

gtx 970 strix

crucial by micron 2x4gb 8gb ram

500w PSU (that I don't remember the name of)   <= (I'm going to buy new PSU too of course)

gigabyte 360b

I mean, 4/4 CPUs are the absolute minimum - I personally would look into a used i5 8400.

I agree with @5x5 Look for something a little newer like the i5 8400 used, the i3 8100 is an awesome chip imo.

4/4 with 5700 is probably medium Bottleneck. its isnt like severe FPS drop. so dont worry you will be fine.

New CPU may be nice in the near future, bu you'll be fine for now.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)
