I'm here for at least Q2 2020 so I have to find at least some short-term solution to have some happiness on work days.

I don't eat in the morning, my anxiety deflates any appetite I have particularly when I feel down.

Eating in the morning might help you out. Brain needs food.

Also, exercise can help depression substantially.

Giving myself no time to bike to school.

It wakes me up since I have to bike the speed of light, and usually the pressure always makes sure I get there. Something about leaving on time gives me no motivation to get to school on time.

I enjoy seeing how fast I can make it. My fastest time from my house to locking my bike is ~4 minutes, I think about 1.25 miles.

Wake up and out the door in 30mins. No time to think, makes mornings shorter & easier.

I take 10 minutes in the bathroom to go brush my teeth and all, a further 10-20 minutes doing skincare and makeup, and a further 10 minutes to pack my things and go head out for the bus, so it's already kind of a tight affair.

I don't like having my mornings that tight is the problem, because I want to be punctual and arrive on time.

For example on a 7:00am morning work shift, I'll wake up at 5:30am, get out the door for around 6:00am, and the remaining hour is commute.

Once you’ve discovered what makes you feel good in the mornings, start a routine. You seem to have a hard time with your skin. But it's totally okay, I have been through this so I would give you some suggestions. By suggestions, I meant recommendations of products that I used when my skin was dry. This one moisturizer that I am using is AM Therapy Facial Moisturizer. It is also useful if you have acne. I have started using this moisturizer since I was 20 and now at 24, my skin looks awesome! It is very clean and soft and very smooth. Hope I helped!
