Cause... I mean.... that's basically what the Mean Tweets thing is about. It's rich people saying "I'm richer and more successful than you therefore I don't care about your opinion."

If people are willing to watch his content, then it’s good content for them, and that’s good enough in my book. There are a ton of YouTube channels I don’t follow. It doesn’t necessarily mean their content sucks; it just means that it isn’t for me, and I am fine with that.

Guys, I get that mean comments can be a great source for a viral video and all, but I have to say that giving these kind of comments a podium may have a negative effect on the comment section atmosphere. Negative attention is also attention and some people may go awohl with it.

I strongly suggest that before giving your audience the idea that bashing LMG, or even eachother, is a good way to get attention, counter it with the bright side at the end of your video.

You have pointed out numerous times how great this community is, even in the YouTube comment section, and I agree!

Couple of things that can be pointed out to highlight 'good behaviour' of your viewers I can think of:

* Generally having a positive attitude

* Being incredibly helpful and generous towards LMG or eachother

* Being supportive when somebody tries out something they haven't done before

* Posting news for forum members to see and for making it easy for the WAN show to have something to talk about 

* Helping out on several projects of LMG (like Linus using PrimoCache which he found via the forum)
