it's my first time building a pc and I've been trying to come up with ideas for it like 24/7 for the past 2 weeks no joke and I just wanted to know if people that actually know how to build a good pc think that what I created is ok

so is it ok? ill use it to play games (not at a hardcore level nor a basic level just I the middle ill use it sometimes) and do school works(I bought windows 10 home 64 bits)  please feel free to express what you think and any recommendations will be appreciated, also the budget I have for this is around 1.400 US dollars

I'd get a bequiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 instead of the Corsair H60. Beyond that, all looks good.

You could have installed windows for free without a key from microsoft.

If you only need a 1080p 60hz gaming PC it's like $700 max

I would swap that out for something that has an open air cooler design.

You don't need 750W, and the EVGA G3 has some issues with protections (which won't be an issue for you), and is also very loud. You can always get the Dark rock 4 non-pro. It should be plenty good in terms cooling performance. Also, most people will probably recommend a Ryzen CPU over an 8600K, but there's nothing wrong with your list. You can also save a few bucks by going with a 550W or 650W PSU, unless you plan on doing some serious upgrades (even then, a 650W is usually plenty).

Looks good, I wouldn't pay $100 for a windows key you can get them for around 10-20$. I would personally get a better mouse the razer deathadder, zowie, or logitech g502. Might also get a better monitor with the windows key savings. I'd also check out used stuff if it's available in your area/country you can get some pretty crazy deals rn.

120mm AIOs are a waste of money 99% of the time. This build is in that 99%. If you're going for an AIO, go at least 240mm. A typical 120mm AIO is only a wee little bit better than the half-as-expensive Deepcool Gammaxx 400.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Do not get an EVGA G3 750W, they are loud. Why do you want a 750W PSU, SLI and Xfire suck, and all single CPU and GPU setup is fine with a 450W supply.

Yes the build looks fine, but like stated, the odd part is your cooler. H60 is pretty old, little on tbe smaller side, and to really get that cpu going you want a better way of cooling it.

 

If its a budget issue then look for 650w psu instead and figure out a way to use the saving on better cooling.

Psu is the only part in your list i would downgrade slightly and not loose performance

I recommend a different GPU. 1070 is fine (but you can find some 1070tis for under 400 USD now-a-days) but you should find one that does not have a "blower" style cooler. Sometimes these cards run hotter than open coolers (ones with two fans and an open shroud).

Get a better PSU, refer to this list to get a better one. Choose one that's atleast at Tier C.

 

Also with that budget on the cooler I'd recommend a Noctua NH-D15S instead. It performs better than most, if not all water coolers (except the custom ones) and it is cheaper as well.

 

For your peripherals I'd suggest getting a mechanical keyboard since they are wayy better. With that budget I'd get a Reddragon Vara K551/Kumara K552 (TKL) or a Magicforce 68/Magicforce 82. Lastly for the mouse, I'd check Rocket Jump Ninja's reviews to find a good one but if you do think that one is perfect for you, so be it.

ok this is my first time building a pc and I had something around 1.500 us dollars to spend on it but now I have 1.000 due to an emergency,  what I really want is somebody to guide me on how to build a pc with a gtx 1070 ti and an Intel processor with that budget if anyone has proposal please post it on here thanks.
