Okay got it working brought it to friends house and he had a kit of trident Z DDR4 that got the system posting then were able to flash the newer BIOS and got it working with the Hyper X kit. Guessing it kept rebooting cause it just couldn't recognize there was any RAM due to the BIOS being out of date? Not sure, but it's been stable and we looking good. Glad it wasn't any DoA parts. Thanks for the suggestions!

Cautionary tale doubly check Mobo manufacturers BIOS/RAM compatibility lists before you purchase : P

Girlfriend was shopping for laptops before school her budget was 650 dollars. Found a awesome deal a 15in laptop with a i5 3000 series and a GT620m for 625 USD (on sale for like 200 dollars off) and I really urged her to buy it but she chose a 425 dollar laptop with a low end dual core a4 processor because it was purple -.- now i just chuckle when I hear her curse at her computer behind me.

I think Action RTS is the closest thing, really. Doesn't make sense to call it something else.
 
But now that the whole industry uses the term "Moba" I guess we're stuck with it.

Yeah reminds me of the new anniversary pentium\. Yeah it overclocks like a beast but you need to invest in the cooling capable and at that point you're better off buying the next tier of product anyways.

@Mooshi just so you can see this - Yep, Obama can't just "declare" stuff to become law - that would be a Dictatorship. Blame corporate America, blame lobbyists, and blame Congress and the Senate for making it so difficult for the President to actually enact any laws. He may certainly share some of the blame, but this is ridiculous. I'm not even American and I see how the blind hate of Obama is silly.
