If you're okay with 60fps lowest settings in those games, you should be alright.
 
Funnily enough, I'd be more worried about the GT 730 than the Q8200. That card has dozens of variations, some of which are absolutely terrible - worse than some GT 710 models - so it really matters which GT 730 you've got.

Yep tried hdmi didnt work safe to assume dvi wont work well i font have a cable or a monitor compatible witj it

I don't know why they say the memory is the weakest link, honestly.. I have an old c2d laptop that runs old games on XP fine with 2GB of RAM. The biggest challenge is the GMA graphics...

You can test how fast your computer is by comparsion - let one person write (using pen and paper) as much words as possible in one minute. Then you copy huge txt file and compare how many words your computer can process per minute. I bet that over million times more.
