Mm. I dunno, I just live in South Cali.

The States has its rich and its poor places, I feel like it's difficult to make sweeping statements about the country.

Poor country? Well, not exactly, but Austria is big enough to also have quite a few poor people. Wealth distribution is not optimal here.
