It's probably just an error on TPU's part.
Even if you did flash the GameRock/OC BIOS it should be fine because the power connector layout matches. And the device IDs match so that's good.

Did you go to: OC Menu > CPU Voltages control and look for something labelled 1P8"or PLL.
Might need to switch from Normal to Expert mode. Tried to look in the manual as to where PLL is but it doesn't say.
Probably not a big deal though. But it doesn't hurt to get familiar with your BIOS.

Yeah, I didn't see anything of the sort in the advanced mode. I had already looked at voltages previously when I used the new AGESA bios to undervolt with PBO and didn't see anything with that name (unless it has an alternative name). Neither is 1P8, that one only appears in the sensors when I go to the fans settings in the BIOS.

It's measuring PLL.
Normal PLL is around 1.8V. 1.9V is the generally accepted limit for most users. But it can go higher up to 2.1V (maybe more) and is useful for stabilising high BCLK.
It's far too high to be VTT. VTT is usually half of DRAM voltage.

Summary
Smart chastity cage manufacturer didn't secure the API used to control the device, allowing remote attackers to lock it and demand $750 worth of BTC.
My thoughts
Another case of badly secured IOT device. At least this time no one (that reported the incident to Motherboard) was caught wearing it.
My reaction would be this meme, when I know that IOT is the future we're heading to, and it's not very bright as of late.

2080 ti GPUs are either A or non A. The non As have a 280 watt power limit so they run at lower mhz and are not overclocked by the board partners. By contrast my EVGA FTW3 Ultra has a power limit of 373 watts.
A good example is the EVGA Black with a boost clock of 1545mhz.
Your GPU = TU102-300A-K1-A1
EVGA Black = TU102-300-K3-A1

Um...what? OCN RTX 2080 Ti owners club has a section noting the difference between the A and non-A cards.

A cards are not necessary binned as all GPUs end up in the same 2100MHz ballpark when overclocked.
