Dang, that looks pretty nice. almost looks like a photo.

  2. Having fun playing with my new toy. The flash of light when the halves come together is a really cool effect but I get a weird taste in my mouth when it happens. I'm sure it's nothing.

Probably not at that clock. I'll see though. I'm definitely going to try and get the CPU under water. It deserves it.

I've been on Setraline (Zoloft in the US) Since December last year for anxiety and it's been life-changing. What you describe with the questioning is exactly how mine would manifest.
  10. 3090 was fixed a month ago. Main PC still disassembled. Just as I think about putting it all back together again Watercool seems to be working on their own flow sensor.

X99 PC has been mostly smooth sailing. Alongside it's 4x4GB DDR4 I put in the "old" 2x8GB kit so that Starfield wouldn't shit the bed. The 5960X hits 50% utilisation in Starfield. Finally a game that uses 4 cores. I'd seriously consider rebuilding the old loop just so that the 5960X is watercooled. Could be fun.

High settings, motion blur disabled, DLSS mod on Auto, VRS on. On the run it's worse. Dips to around the mid to high 40s.

Delaying the rebuild as there's several tweaks and revisions I want to make to my watercooling loop. I've a proper tube cutter now and a plan to tidy up the QDC situation as well as run dual D5s instead of a single. Maybe finally get a temperature sensor of some sort too.

  20. Air cooler back on because trying to use the waterblock passively was...not good.

Enough Thermal mass for a quick POST/BIOS check and about it with a water block without flowing water.

F#ck watercooling. I am back on Air after having an AIO for many years and it always gave me issues.

I unfortunately had an AIO let loose in my case many years ago at this point, right at about year old. Ruined a bunch of hardware, I've been on air again ever since.
