Your temps look fine, the CPU is not overheating, and if it does those parts are designed from the ground-up to overclock themselves until they reach the 95C they stay at. The GPU temps look fine (core), I have never used a 3080 and did not really pay attention to memory temps on the GPUs, but that seems to be fine. They should be able to go up to 100C without too much degradation.

I would look forward to reseting the BIOS and then adding in the settings once more if nothing changes.

I have found some time to drain the loop, then changed the fitting.
It seems like outport of the CPU block is still generating air bubbles.

I will probably buy a new block and see the results, thanks!

I'm new to PC Building so I am not sure if I may have overlooked something or if there is a better option for some of these parts.
    Thanks!

Looks pretty balanced out for me.

In terms of bottlenecks, it comes down to what type of games do you play. For graphic intensive games, the RX6800 will peak before your 12400 will.

General ball park for paring GPU and CPU are (Same "generation"): i5/Ryzen 5 for anything 50-70 class cards; i7 i9/Ryzen 7 Ryzen 9 for 80-90 class cards.
By this, you should be getting an i7 with the RX6800. However, since you have to downgrade your GPU to upgrade your i5 to an i7, I will suggest to just keep the i5 and rx6800.

Seems like your OS partition is corrupted, from the fixes you have mentioned, I will highly advise a fresh install.

From my experience, take that however you want, nothing will really fixes a corrupted partition fully. They will apply bandages over the wound instead of healing it.

Its worth checking for image backups if your machine was setup to auto create images.

I personally would prioritize GPU temperature over CPU temperature, so radiator at top exhausting.

Depends on your work load and use case as well, my machine is primarily for gaming. For gaming, 5C swing in GPU have more impact than 5C swing in CPU.

That is indeed why I asked on the forum, otherwise I wouldn't have needed to post.

Weird gatekeeping? I don't need to justify why I want to do something. I just asked what parts were required so I could do what I wanted to do.

It is cooling a Ryzen 9 7900x, previously cooled by NH-D15. I wanted to add an waterblock for the GPU as well. But EKWB have sold out of their FTW3 blocks, Corsair doesn't sell them either. If anyone have a GPU block recommendation, I am all ears!

The fans are in a pull configuration instead of push, because it is blowing away from where I am sitting.

Things I would do to improve in hindsight:
    1) More 90 degree fittings! It will help a lot in making this look better.
    2) Use tubes with thicker walls! The 10/13mm tubing kinks easily with tighter bends! Which have caused me to want more 90 degree fittings.
    3) Move back to a case (maybe?)! The pump have loud coil wine like sound at 60%+ speed.

If is really for the same price, as you said, you should get the 3090. After all, 3090 is the better performing product compare to 3080, if price is not an issue.

The performance is noticeable, but not worth it if both of these cards are at MSRP.

For me, I will probably downgrade the AIO to an air cooler or 240mm to save some money. You could use those money on more storage, or a higher rated PSU.
The case is also too big in my opinion. You will have a lot of empty space in the case. For me, the empty space will bother me a lot.

These two are considered none crucial parts, just cosmetic changes base on my preference.
The other parts looks good! Nothing to change really, given you are even below your budget.

Air Coolers like Noctua, Be Quiet, or the Assassin Typhoons have proofed to be on par, sometimes even more quiet than AIOs. It is all about the quality of the fans.

Great plans for customizing your case! Would love to see a post of the finished product in "Build Log" someday!

I think it depends on which ecosystem supports you the best. If you have used both IOS and android which do you prefer?
IOS does have a track record for longer software supports by a long shot though.
Apples closed wall garden understandably bothers some people and can sometimes be a dealbreaker.

I've been running an Iphone 13 pro for the last 2 years and have had no complaints as well as an apple watch SE2.
(I have used android in the past and just prefer IOS)

From pcpartpicker, this is already the cheapest "comfortable" options for stuff that is shown in stock. You may go with lower end powersupply or go with a even lower end case. I am strongly against the lower end powersupplies, unless you absolutely have to because of budget. For case choice, it is about ease of use. I have use the H18 before and it is pretty easy to build in.

You can see if you can find cheaper options on local retailers.
