is my gpu dying?

so my pc will randomly cut off the display and ramp up all the fans and will also randomly cut off the display and restart my pc, please let me know how to fix this

Try using the intergrated gpu graphics.

the integrated graphics work fine, dont know the model

Then I would say it's the gpu or the power supply. Try changing out the PSU first.
