High GPU Temps whilst gaming and possible wrong fan config

xKuwa

Hey all,

Currently have a PNY RTX 4090 and a 13700K build inside the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X and had a couple of questions regarding my temps and fan config. I've noticed when playing games my 4090 will reach temps anywhere between 65c and 75c pretty quickly and was wondering if this was a potential issue with my setup or if I'm worrying for nothing. Also is my fan config currently efficient for my build or should I be switching them around?

Fans inside the case are the Lian-Li SL INFINITY Fans, all are 120s apart from the rear fan. Also, my monitor is a 3440x1440 Ultrawide.

Is the fan config fine? and the fact my GPU will rise to those temps within a short amount of time isn't an issue? I am running literally everything max in Cyberpunk with the new RT tech and using over 13GB of VRAM, so I guess those temps are to be expected, still makes me uncomfortable though.

Sounds good, front intake top and back exhaust

GPU are supposed to reach 65 to 75C under full load

I wouldn’t worry about how fast the gpu warms up. Just what temp it warms up to and stays at. 75c is perfectly fine and it’s what my Zotac liked to sit at when it still had its air cooler.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.
