Hate it how they don't silkscreen on the die what  the gpu is. They usually do something like tu102-200a.

Yes. Also ram timings do too. That c__ rating also matters. Mhz is how many cycles the ram goes thru each second. and the c__ value is how many cycles it takes to respond. Calculate that.

It was normal for my x99 board that i used to use from asus to beep everytime it passes post. Just unplug the speaker. Plug it in if you need it.

Never allow return on used items in the future. This would still allow customers to return if they recieved it doa.
 

You can call eBay about it. I listed a phone as not working very plain as day and when the person regretted it, they tried to complain it wasn't working when the problem was in the title. eBay denied his return the next day.

You got all of this because you get frame drops on the igpu. Always use the 1060.
