Well technically speaking, your GPU will bottleneck your CPU.

Depends on the game, maybe his storage will be the bottleneck because it can't load fast enough. Or maybe the data can't get read from the RAM fast enough, or maybe it's the other way around and the CPU will bottleneck the GPU :P
