MograineLefay got a reaction from PCGuy_5960 in GTX 1060 6GB or RX480 8GB
In 2 specific games, whilst across the board they're pretty much the same, trading blows a little here and there.
Calm down with the fanboyism, please?

MograineLefay reacted to NumLock21 in AM4 Socket Compatibility
They have been using the same mounting since socket 939. How can they be assholes? Some fans let you just buy the bracket accessory without the need to change the entire cooler.

You realize when someone calls someone else a fanboy, it's usually projecting? Right?

That is a 2011 stock cooler, they probably just had it laying around and went "what the hey!". Importantly, those older CPU's had similar TDPs, so I doubt it was throttling hard.

Until we get prices and performance benchmarks done, the answer is "i don't know".

If you told us your gender (and maybe your age?) I might go and hit on you. Would that be a better waist of my time?

MograineLefay got a reaction from Techstorm970 in Disappointing performance RX480
OP, these people doing benchmarks tend to have cpu's like the i7 6700k, or the more expensive 6/8core variants.

MograineLefay got a reaction from YoloSwag in your opinion on RX 480 RED DRAGON 8GB
As he pointed out in the video, it's not bad in the sense the card will not blow up or overheat and die. But at the same time, Powercolor really skimp out on quality. I personally would prefer paying an extra £20 to get a better quality card from another AiB company.

The Powercolor Red Devil has the worst vrm's out of the lot.
I'd recommend pretty much any of the other models, with the XFX / Asus / Sapphire AiB models being the best. MSI's Gaming X cools decently, and the Gigabyte is no slouch either. Go for whichever is cheapest, whilst avoiding the Red Devil.

MograineLefay got a reaction from KuJoe in Which Resident Evil?
The only saving grace for Resident Evil 4, is Leon S Kennedy being the MC. The older Resident Evil titles, with their more basic and rudimentary style in how you control the character, combined with the scarce amount of available ammo made it that much more fun to play. Because you couldn't just pump everything that moves with bullets, as there was not a lot of ammo. The newer Resident Evil titles are too hollywood-esque in their over the top design of enemies and cutscenes. Always trying to make something bigger, leading to battles where you fire like 500 rifle bullets into the boss to kill them.
Resident Evil 2, and 3 remain in my list of best games ever made.

Everything after Resident Evil 4 has been bad imo. It's lost it's horror factor and are now just general run and gun in style.
The Resident Evil remasters are definitely good ones though. (Resident Evil Biohazard + Resident Evil 0).
But Steam does have RE4, 5 and 6 in a bundle for £13.01.
You should watch some reviews for more insight.
To me, these are the only good Resident Evil titles -
Resident Evil (there is a remaster available on PC)
Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
Resident Evil 0 (remaster also available on PC)

I'd personally get the RX 480. Unless you play a game like World Of Warcraft, which runs a fair bit better on Nvidia hardware.

WCCFTech aren't known for the accuracy of their information.
I remember someone trolled them not that long ago, with i think an FM2 motherboard photograph, but claiming it was an AM4 board. After he sent it to them, and they cropped it a little, then actually made a full article about it.
