gta 5 ban

So I was banned from gta online permanently yesterday.

It wasn't onfair as I did use the sirius menu sometimes but I was wondering:

 

Is there a way to reuse my gta 5 key on a different account and start over or do I have to buy a new key as well?

Wouldn't be much of a ban if you could just start again with a the same key. You'll need a new R* account and will need to repurchase the game

The most I get are chat bans whether its general chat or in game chat. There are too many fucking rats out there, its fucking pathetic as fuck.
