Why are you getting a Z370 with a Pentium? Go i3 + less pricey mobo or go ryzen Try to squeze in an SSD if possible. Even 120GB will do. Don't think that PSU is that trustworthy. Take a look at the PSU tier list here on the forums, and fine something that's in tier 1-3, and matches your price point.

It won't be a bottleneck but it will perform worse.
Both CPU and GPU contribute to the fps.
Not just the lowest common denominator.

Yeah should definitely be able to get at least that.

it's very hard to say that a laptop is "good for gaming"... because every game is different and optimized differently. and I don't want to give you wrong information. 
 
so look up the requirements for games you play, and then pick a laptop that has them... 

okay. then i'm not of much help.. I like thin and light laptops so.. I don't have a lot of experience with older laptops that are heavy and such. 
 
I do know a bit about older graphics cards, so if you find something you can always ask me if it's good. 

you could use a laptop with slightly older intel graphics if the games you play will run on them.

but for that kind of price you won't find anything too great. it all depends if you can live with games that can run on old gpu's.. 
recommended for league of legends is a GeForce 8800, which is much faster than the Quadro in that hp laptop..:

I didn't notice a lot of slowdown from the original flaws, hopefully this can be fixed the same way.. 
 
for now the 3th gen I5 in my laptop is still doing fine so... i'm hoping that it won't slow down too much..

They all use some form of command line.  The easiest, in my opinion, to get started with are Ubuntu or Mint.  

i agree that the PSP was AWESOME.. i recently started playing my PSP again, and doing so made me want a vita.. 
but, i looked up the vita games section on the PS store, and yeah.. it really lacks good games.. i'll just keep my PSP for on the go gaming i guess. 

really? oh okay.. i would get a used one, but people here want €150+ for a used vita that has scratches on the screen, with 4 games and an 8gb memory card.. which is a bit too much money for me.. 

and not being what they promised, what did they promise? as far as i know it's supposed to be a successor to the PSP..
