To be honest I'm not planing on getting anymore nvidia stuff if Navi pulls through with competitive performance numbers, since I also plan to upgrade my CPU to an AMD Ryzen in the forseeable future.

Autocad is very memory hunger my father claims his 128 GBs are devoured by it.

No viruses from Anti Maliware a bytes and network usage on Task manager is 0% unless I'm downloading something or using speedtest.net

I know a few people that love the "Old school" color to things and anything that looks like it is like a Gold Digger in the Gold Rush finding a whole pound of gold.

@JoePro87 They told me to disable some stuff In bios I'm going to see if it fixed it, I was aiming at possibly a faulty GPU

It would also make sense because they wouldn't want to spend money to potentially not fix an issue

Razer Blade Stealth.. There's his issue. It's shite. 
Even your i3 is faster than his laptop i7 - it's in a 15w power profile and requires good cooling to make it go quick, which is something the Blade Stealth lacks.

I mean I know its a good question but to be honest the best card is the card you decide no real best card though they can be put into strongest card best Power Per Buck etc but it's what you decide is the best card so if you want to spend all of your money fine thats ok if you want a budget PC then it might be best finding a really good cheap GPU it's down to what your looking for
