No, you can't do that.
Also you should do a clean install.

No. They get power from the USB port on the computer.

PillowFortEngineer got a reaction from gtx1060=value in Overclocking
Dont go asrock, they are not worth the price after reading the reviews. I suggest asus z170-a if you wanna keep it at the 200 aud ballpark

Z170 is for overclockers, h110 is not.

Asrock usually has that dark poop brown color that noctua fans have

As long as it plays the games you wanna play, it's a gaming machine.

So you guys all reckon Z170 is the mobo to go for around that price?

That should power your system just fine. I'm unsure as to what sort of gaming experience you will be able to get on it, but it should be adequate assuming you aren't expecting max graphics or 60 fps. Its nowhere near as powerful as a GTX 1060, thats for sure... but this thing is only 30 bucks brand new, so it should be fine for you for now.

I have the z170-a. It is great for overclocking.

The Z170A is the best for that price range. Plus, you could do some sick White-Black themed builds with that MoBo.

My wallet would not be pleased, the gtx 1080 has already done enough.
