I have had used Creative devices inside (or outside like X7 now) my rigs for a long time, and they performed just fine. Only in the last 3~4 years I have moved my music listening needs to a dedicated high-end audio DAC/Amp combo and use my Creative devices for gaming / mixing purposes.
 
If it isn't Recon series, I think you are fine. I've heard Creative messed up with Recon series pretty badly. Not sure whether this arose from driver issues, sound quality or hardware downgrade from previous generation.

Audio quality isn't a thing that fluctuates over time(mostly)If it sounds good to you it will stil sound good to you.the standards aren't really getting touched

If it's as good as my SoundBlaster Live 5.1 Digital (or whatever order those words are in), I'd say so.

Hi All i have A Problem As Were I can Overclock my R9 290 Tri-X Any Amount With Out It Dropping And Staying At 300MHZ I have Disabled ULPS
 
The Pic I have Put Up I Only Run them For Like 10sec
In Valley bench Mark Factory I Get 40-50FPS On ultra With The OC no Matter What It Is I get 10-30FPS

Well, I opened up the bottom cover and made sure the monitor cable was not loose. It didn't appear to be, but now that I've put the think back together, it seems to be working.
Well, problem solved, I guess.

I'm not familiar with Singapore's import policies and taxes, nor am I familiar with the exchange against USD. So I can't comment on whether the build is worth the money.

You can use it for other things, but you shouldn't for security. Also a pi will make a very slow NAS.

Are you from US? If so then any SSD within around $40 should be good enough.

Honestly still not really worth it. A RX480 performs on par with a 970 and the 1060 is on par with the 980.

Like mrbuz asked, do you know if the old drives use IDE or SATA? IDE is the old standard for connecting to the HDD, and SATA is the new (and current) one. If it's SATA you can plug it straight in, and if not you can probably buy an IDE to SATA adapter.

The voltage on the CPUz screenshot shows it at 1.56v, that seems very high to me personally. 

I clocked my 6300 to 4.5 once, my power supply happened to be trash and it damaged it. I think that if you don't know what you're doing its better to just NOT overclock because you can damage or break the chip.

The 470 should be an equivalent to a 960 4GB and I only give a shit about the 460 and 470 because of cheap HDR support for an HTPC.

AMD chips are VERY different. The stock voltage on the 9590 is 1.54V.

yeah well i built this rig after the mobo on my old/faithful core2duo rig died and i never used to like amd much but now i really like both amd and intel the both are good in there own way i geuss 
 
btw i stil got the core2duo it survived the mobo failure its in an old msi mobo a mate gave to me   

Obviously you don't have to mess with it, but feel free to try. I know some people messed around with SA voltages as well to get it up to the 225 range.
 
I'm using an older chip for a non-intense purpose with a stock cooler so I haven't pushed it very hard.
