If you get the 1070 you may get away with it. Try upgrading to the 6600 or even the 6700 to be able to use the 1080.

chiwas got a reaction from Speakerator in HTML Label with nonbreaking icon
Wrapping label and icon with floated span gives you nothing. Label and icon should be in the same line unless you have "display: block" value on one of those (default is "inline") . https://codepen.io/anon/pen/bpOpQq
You can try with "display: inline;" on label and icon or "float: left;" on label.

chiwas got a reaction from mrgooglegeek in Asus Maximus VIII Formula vs Asus Z170 Deluxe
Unless you're going for extreme overclock, any Z170 chipset MBO will work just fine.

chiwas reacted to failblox in need help overclocking a i3 6100
You could technically overclock it by changing the BCLK, but I wouldn't touch that value if I were you. Just leave it at 100MHz.
I hate to break it to you, but since you bought a locked processor, you can't change the multiplier, and that's the value you usually touch when OCing. So to put it short - you can't really OC with that processor.

chiwas got a reaction from done12many2 in does anyone Overclock with the FSB anymore?
It does, but you can reduce cache multiplier and RAM frequency manually.

tbh I hate how intel tells you what you can and cannot do with your hardware. If you buy a piece of tech you should be able to do what ever you want with it.

chiwas reacted to Castdeath97 in Ultimate PC for gaming that is actually worth it
Water cooling isn't much better than air cooling if not even worse at times, so getting a air cooled CPU might be more worth it.
