I fixed it... I right clicked it im computer management then assigned a letter ;-; that was the only thing i had to do

normally the air will exit the side with the fan hub (the side with sticks connecting to the middle)
some fans have arrows on the fan hub to show the way the blade spins and the way the air flows

One more question, a stupid one. How do i know what way the air is moving through the fan without having power to it? I assume you can tell by the sticker?

i'd say add an 850 EVO to the build. Super reliable and great performance, worth the 15 pound delta imo

the adata and ocz are nearly the same speed. pick the cheapest one out of those two.

AFAIK, CableMod doesn't offer a black and grey, so you need to used the configurator if you go with CableMod and customized it with black and silver sleeves. They offer worldwide shipping.
 
There are people who do custom design cables for you in the EU, but I'm not really into the whole sleeving scene, so I don't know of them. Sorry.

The Define S for sure. More fan mounting options, bigger, can be easily water cooled, and it's easy to mod.

Or you could get a R9 390 which is cheaper and performs better than the 970,
