Formatting

I'm selling my pc soon and i'm wondering what is the best way to clear my hdd and ssd, while keeping windows (like a fresh install of it)

 

I have 95% of my games on the hdd and the ssd is mainly the os.

If you have Western digital you can get a tool which clears all sectors/formatting

What about windows/ssd? Can i just use the normal fresh instal/format that windows has?
