This really is a non-issue. 
 
They have freedom to dress how they want. LMG has a pretty active and movable environment so comfort is necessary for the employees. There will always be a time and a place for a suit but it is not as necessary anymore. 
 
 
The critical things are...
Coming to work with clean non-ripped clothes.  Daily showers Body deodorant. Brushing your teeth.

I used to have a custom water loop build with a 900D with all the bells and whistles. It was a good high end consumer PC with an i7 4770K, SLI GTX 980s, 16GB RAM, 2TB SSD, ROG Maximus Formula 6. Then 2 years ago my motherboard died and it all went to waste. I didn't repair it since I couldn't find another Formula board for cheap. I wanted to wait for Ampere and Rocket lake but since those were taking a long time to release plus stock issues I decide to throw down a few hundred on a temporary PC that will become a stream server for twitch. I bought a lot of parts on eBay and Facebook market. 
 
Fun Facts!
I love Asus and their ROG line. I like to but Asus so I was biased in buying their stuff. When I saw the  Asus PC case I knew I was going to go for a "semi-sleeper" PC. I'm actually sitting on a ROG Helios and Thor I'm saving for my next big build. 
 
The case was nearly perfect. Except that it had a front air vent that looked like it should have fitted a 92mm fan but it didn't have mounting holes. So I drilled in some mounting holes and I cut out a square hole in the plastic front panel and put a mesh filter. 
 
The M.2 SATA SSD has Ubuntu Server on it for my eventual stream server. I do some Linux based C programming on the side so the server will be great for me to SSH into from my main PC. 
 
I might attempt to put a ASUS 3090 Strix in here or I might get the new ASUS/EK water cooled single slot cards and put in an external loop.

I saw that my pre-built case had a 92mm fan vent but mounting holes and the front panel cover blocked air flow. I cut out 92x92mm square and drilled some mounting holes. 
 
Temps are decent for an i7 4770k at ~4.3Ghz. ~55°c

Seeing as you have already done just about all the troubleshooting you can do (BIOS update, fresh install), the new BIOS chip will be the decider.  If that solves it, great.  If it doesn't, you're going to spend quite a bit of time talking to ASUS support and will probably be without a working PC for a while (not that that's much worse than what you have now).

Wait for AMDs 4 core Ryzen R3 processors and pair it up with a R7 470 with 8GB ram.
 
 

i like how before ryzen people said "i5 is enough for gaming" but now when we have ryzen, oh you gotta buy the top of the line i7 for gaming otherwise it's unplayable.

When R5 CPUs are out you can make some good console killer builds for cheap. 
 
 

Wait for the GTX 1050 if you really want Nvidia or get a RX 470 or really cheap R9 380

Ok so Im helping this guy over skype make his PC.....
 
I started helping him when he only got the motherboard and RAM into the case...
 
 
So we finished the build and it when into an ON/OFF loop... we tried everything so we took the EVERYTHING out of the PC case and placed the motherboard on its box. Turns out he didnt put the RAM all the way in.
 
Then we put everything back BUT.....
 
 
Turns out he was getting kinda frustrated and ripped out TWO Sata connectors on his motherboard lol....
 
RIP 2/4 Sata connectors....

My only suggesting is to buy a xeon e3 1246 v3 and use the igpu on it instead. Its about 20 dollars more and cheaper and faster than the 610

The 4690k will destroy both those AMDs cpu but it will cost 2.5 times as much. 
The 860k is however very good for budget gaming. An 860k + a r7 370 makes a nice combo.
 
 

I plugged a 4 pin floppy connector into a CD aux connector on a sound card when I was quite young. The blue smoke that made the sound card work escaped.

I think I'm going with the 860k. I'm going for performance now.

Its a simple processes of using the H.264 encoder on your Nvidia GPU to send video data to another PC at a high bitrate. Since the bitrate is too high for twitch your second PC with re-encode the video data( the part the makes game performance suffer if you use one PC ) and then transmit it to twitch  
 
All you need is OBS and Ubuntu, 100% free. Its called RTMP streaming.
