The AK is used by soldiers for a reason. It is reliable. Nothing comes close to the strength and reliability to the AK. the m16 proved that

ThatOneRussian reacted to Jurrunio in Has anyone else experienced frankly terrible support for ASUS Motherboards?
I mean warranty. Technically after warranty ends you only get bug fixes, nothing else.
which is legal but awful.

if the oem psu doesnt have a pcie cable usually you can plug a sata / molex cable to a pcie cable and then into the cpu not that is not advised

Firewire is outdated and most likely not what you need.
If you have an ethernet port on your laptop (or you're willing to add a wireless router in your room), maybe try powerline networking ... you plug one device in your room and the other in an outlet near the router/modem and the traffic goes through the power cables to your room.
It's less sensitive to microwave ovens but devices that suck a lot of power or induce "noise" into the power cables can affect the speed/latency of data.
You can get starter kits for 40-50$, here's some examples:

ThatOneRussian got a reaction from Jurrunio in Can I use 2666 ram with 2400?
Yep...Not 100% sure if it is accurate but task manager was telling me it was running at 2000. Now it is at 4000. I'm a moron.

ThatOneRussian reacted to Jurrunio in Can I use 2666 ram with 2400?
Yes, but "use" does not care about slow downs. OP doesnt have the option
-
ThatOneRussian reacted to Jurrunio in Can I use 2666 ram with 2400?
Yes it will work
Is the current 4GB soldered? I would prefer 16GB but if it's soldered then 12 is the max for you
DDR4 SODIMM only runs 1.2V, no other value.

I don't have personal experience, but I would imagine the increased threads and core count would improve performance in some more modern games. Hardware unboxed review of the 3700x includes the 7600k, so it's should give you a fair idea of performance gains. Overall though I'd say for gaming you probably won't notice a huge difference as you already have a pretty great system

They released close to a year ago, you are probably thinking of 10th gen intel. as others have said, you could get a 106000k if you want to go intel's path.
