Thank you all for the replies! Sorry I couldn't respond sooner, I was at work. Looks like the most popular ones suggested are the H100I V2 and the Kraken X52, however the H100I V2 is a whole 50 bucks cheaper right now so I think I'll end up going with that one. A 1070 is perfect for 1080p 144hz, a 1080TI for 1080p is way too overkill and not really worth it in my eyes. If you had a 1440p 144hz or 4k panel then a 1080TI would be a good choice.

Personally, I LOVE my Evolv ITX, it has plenty of room for watercooling, although as mentioned above, the Nano S is also a great choice

I'd assume you mean what AMD's equivalent of the 980 Ti is? If so I believe it's the Fury X, but even then it's closer to a 980 than it is the 980 Ti.

But the G3258 severely bottlenecks most modern GPUs and it can't properly play a lot of newer titles such as GTA V, the Witcher 3 and others. 

I have a similar setup (4690k and a GTX 960 2GB and 8GB RAM) and I can say that these games will run just fine and you'll even be able to almost max out GTA V at 1080p. But I think I'd suggest an R9 380 because it's similarly priced and has better performance per dollar.
However, may I ask, why an i5 6500 with a Z170 board? You could just go with an H170 board and save a couple of bucks if you're not going to overclock.

I believe the EVGA one has a higher core clock speed, that's the one I'm going with. However MSI has a nice cooler which could mean higher overclocking perhaps.

Probably not if you have good airflow.

I don't have money to throw at Gabens face I had to sell all of my steam cards to get the first Witcher. and I didn't even get a copy of the third one with my GTX 960

I currently have the Kraken Pro's and to be honest they're not that great. I've heard good things about the Siberia V2's but if you can, get the HyperX Clouds, those are amazing.

Windows 10 will be free only to those who have Win7 or Win8/8.1 for the first year only, and they announced that if you don't have either of those you have to purchase it for $110 from them.

Honestly, stay away with HP with AMD APU's. They have horrible coolers that make your APU idle at 80C.

The stock fans in Fractal Designs Cases, the're surprisingly quiet and they look good too!

They should work on any PSU.

I know I don't NEED and SSD but, I probably won't need every game ready to play anyway and getting the SSD first seems like the most popular answer so that's what I'll go with. Thank you though!

Thank you guys for the extremely quick replies! I'm planning to get a 256GB SSD because there's one on sale at the store I'm buying my parts from, and I probably will put like 3 or 4 games on it for now (my most played ones) then I'll get the HDD later. Also is the ADATA Premier Pro SP600 a good SSD? That's the one I was planning to get.
