Hi, could anyone recommend please which would be the best possible cheapest motherboard, cpu and memory bundle to buy for gaming, around £150 so extra can be spent on a decent graphics card, thank you very much :)

Honestly, at that point you are better off buying a PlayStation 4.

maybe at this price point your better of with buying a ps4 or one, but you could get an athlon or the pentium g258 aniversary edition and overclock it with the stock cooler to 4.5ghz.

That depends on the OP's total budget. If they have a decent budget left over for the GPU it will still beat a console. It doesn't take much.

But the G3258 severely bottlenecks most modern GPUs and it can't properly play a lot of newer titles such as GTA V, the Witcher 3 and others.

Decent i3. Board and ram kinda suck, but with your budget, it's honestly the best i can do. If you were somehow able to squeeze the budget up to 200 euros, you could get much more for your dollar.
