No the computer does that by it's own self.

No point in disabling it. Not a single point, maybe lowering brightness and CPU core by messing around with some power settings would help though.

The GPU automatically downclocks and uses the minimal power necessary to run

The problem with this is that no one wants to hire or take the unfortunate chance for cons.

It just depends, if they had rehab and are actually not doing anything wrong anymore and are clean I would hire them. Everyone deserves a second chance. Even criminals if they're willing to change from their evil deeds to good deeds.

I mean what happens when they actually try to do something good and getting a job? Well they get fucked over, thus leading to the repeated cycle of crime, because why should they keep trying to apply for a job if all they get is rejected? Hell they would go back to the previous thing they did because they simply can't get a job anymore legally.

Because not all criminals are all criminals. When a person gets sentenced to jail and a lawyer to help them fight against the sentence. 9/10 people will go to jail because it has way less issues, by issues I mean money. Even if you manage to get a lawyer to help yo, you still need to pay for the case costs to some extent and have to wait extra time for your sentence to be heard.

We live in a justice system that flows on the supply of money. If you got enough money you can pay your bail. If you don't your put into jail, not to mention other fucked up systems which screw over the.

We have done many things that God would probably be appreciative of. Like GMO's or basically breeding the best traits of fruits and crops, so we have more and more harvest, the inventions of Vaccines, various surgeries we can do to save people, organ transplants and etc.

? They're companies trying to get money off of pre-built computers.

The reason why Pre-built computers are garbage is simply because the companies that make them could give two less shits basically. The reason why you would get a pre-built is basically saying " Hey am new to the PC community is this any good? " then you get ripped off because your a new person and don't know any better and that's what companies want. So they offer sub par parts for outrageous prices which making your own PC at that price puts to shame/

SImoHayha got a reaction from IsaacDaGrazin in Why Does My Phone Battery Drain Faster At Certain Locations?
Basically yes. When your at home there is always a nearby tower. However in the mountains radio signals get a little wonky because of how mountains are shaped and other things like snow and minerals in the mountains.

So to sum it up. AT home there is always a nearby towers am assuming you live near a city or in a city. However at a location such as a school sometimes they have phone signal jammers or materials that prevent signals from bouncing in the the buildings which causes the phone to try and communicate with more towers in an attempt to establish a connection, which uses more battery life.

Alright. Then your mantually going to have to OC your CPU to 4.1 ghz. Then and let all your cores stay at the frequency.

Your probably suffering from, CPU power saver frequency. Basically your CPU has it all your cores at the basic frequency. And don't automatically start boosting all cores but only some cores which causes some issues.
