Posted March 15, 2016 I built my wife's computer a month and a bit ago was a very limited budget. My budget was about 500 dollars canadian( meaning I'm a cheap prick). I couldn't bring my self to buy a HD so I spent $100 on a 250G SSD. My wife noticed the speed of the SSD right away, but it took her awhile to really get used to the speed. Now she is like why didn't I have this long ago (as I have had SSD for 3 years). Now this is where I'm going with this WHY isn't companies installing SSD's on all prebuilt systems. They dont need to install a big SSD just big enough for OS. The price to performance would be out of this world. They would have to do some programing to keep everything off SSD but OS so it is dummy proof. If there was a need for small 60 g SSD they could be made for very little.
