can I connect cat6 and cat5e together?

So i want to connect my PC through ethernet cable and my dad wont let make a hole on my room. I already using a 25ft Cat5e cable but its not enough to run in to my room. I want to use a flat ethernet cable so I can easily slide it under the door but its only Cat6.

Is it possible to connect Cat5e to coupler then Cat6?

Yes, its fine, Cat6 is a small upgrade from Cat5e, you won't see a change in speeds at all.
