Normal distilled water is fine.

If you are looking to spend some money here

Buy EK Ekoolant or PrimoChill ICE

You can use distilled water if you want. It's pretty cheap. However, I would advise just going for a clear, premixed coolant instead. That way you don't have to worry about putting in any anti-algae additives.

I'd advise changing it out once a year, or if it starts to discolour.

So, not just distilled?

You'll want additives or a kill coil with distilled water. Algae can build up in the loop without them.

Okay, so, im gonna run all black tubing, so ill just stick with 1 year between each coolant change.

About that kill coil, can i buy a little bottle and mix it myself?

A kill coil is a little silver coil that you put in the loop, not something you mix. I'm assuming your reservoir is clear, so you should be able to tell when the fluid is discolouring anyway.

If you get the anti algae additives, you just put a few drops into the loop, following the instructions on the bottle.

You can put it in the reservoir before you fill the loop, or you can put it in one of the tubes so that it's not visible.

Im gonna hide the res and pump in the rear compartment of my case as theres no space when my 40mm thicker radiator is om there too :-)

Also, im looking for a 2 way fitting to go from my rad where the one way is going to be a drain port, is there a drain port with a 2way fitting?

A T-fitting works well, just to add to the distilled water and kill coil if your using nickel plated waterblocks go with a biocide instead since silver and nickel plating can cause some problem.

My cpu Block is an ek supremacy evo Copper. Just add a silver coil in res?

So, that t-fitting will work well? What about a drain valve, what should i choose there? :-)

Silver with copper is not a problem having the coil in the res or tubing as others have suggested is good, for the valve itself something like this is ideal, with a short length of tube when draining and a cap in place when not in use.

Okay, but that valve, thats inner thread in both ends, how do I fit that on my radiator, can I use a 13/10 fitting and just screw on the valve or how does it work?

Well it depends on your setup if your using an extra port on a radiator as your lowest point as a drain you can use a male to male fitting to connect the two G1/4 ends together.
