My build right now is on my page.

And my dream build is in my signature.

Now I have about $300 to spend on upgarades what should I upgrade first??

Try to remember that I plan on doin gaming and video editing an that skylake is coming later...

I will put it this way.

We told you to wait untill you can upgrade everything at once for a reason which is:

If you upgrade your CPU now it wont make a much of a difference except that you will lose a bunch of money. By the time you will be able to go and upgrade your GPU there will be also new CPUs for most likely the same price as the one you could buy now which means that you could have more performance for the same money but you wont.

If you upgrade your GPU now then you will be held back by your CPU therefore it makes no sense to upgrade GPU now because by the time you will have money to upgrade CPU there will be new GPUs on the market for the same price as the one you can get now while providing more performance.

 

It is not really worth to do any partial upgrade in your situation. There is no compromise. You will lose money and gain no performance in either way. JUST WAIT and save some more money!

 

Also your PC is good enough to play any game that comes out so it is not like you should be in rush.

Well if your AMD CPU does not perform like you want it to then sell it! :)

Or you can sell the GPU and get a 390! :D

The 390 is even better than the 970 for its price performance ratio. (unless you most go green team then get 970...)

Also if you need the Wifi you listed then you could get that! ;)
