If Linus isn't willing to pay for it, we should have a public fundraiser to raise money for Luke and the others to have a fireman's pole next to the stairs in the new office. I think it'd be awesome and would chip in some :P who else would?

There was a new office campaign for a reason, not that many people contributed then, myself included. I really doubt that would be successful for just a pole, as always I could be wrong.

What kind of slide?  Is it faster than a rope?  I am thinking a rope would take a human body to a higher top speed.

They totally need a fire pole. The sad thing is, the people who didn't get in on the free year of vessel, won't have a single f**kin clue what we're talking about.
